If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, please contact your bank or mobile wallet operator directly. 365gam is not responsible for declined transactions and cannot override a payment provider's decision to refuse a transaction. No fees are charged by 365gam for declined deposits.

365gam offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit 365gam's bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using matched betting strategies in a way that clearly demonstrates no genuine gaming intent, or colluding with other players to share bonus funds — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. 365gam will forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings and may permanently close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely and released upon completion of the review, provided no breach is found. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365gam's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 365gam account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
365gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, reputational harm, or any other intangible losses, even if 365gam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
365gam does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, third-party payment provider outages, or events beyond 365gam's reasonable control (force majeure).
